Enchanted Sweet tree

Dreaming inside the jasmine smells of the Enchanted Sweet Tree

The Enchanted Sweet Tree was a sweets and chocolates installation on a live tree for a private client in Cape Town.

The tree was decorated with strings of crystals and glass beads, tiny lights, handmade gold and white streamers, golden foliage and fresh branches of jasmine falling to the floor.

Peach and pear flavoured tiny meringues

White chocolate and jasmine filled ganache gems

Glass pods and balls were strung up into the tree and filled with:
Pear and peach flavoured tiny meringues
Rum and praline truffles with gold sparkle
White chocolate and jasmine filled ganache gems
Citrus sugared marshmallows
Chocolate and honeycomb chunks
