Bio: A transient history of studies, travel and experiences led me to finding my vocation within creativity using food (and its sensory components) as a medium to express myself.
I work out of my beautiful Studio in The Bijou in Cape Town, South Africa.

I create an impression of what I discover in Nature and in my world, inside the boundless area where food and art exist and, what I believe is their absolute connection to each other.

It could be one or a fusion of more than one thing. Be it an image, a film, a meal, a smell, a series of visuals, a sound, a tool, a sensory pathway, planned event, exhibition, collaboration, live performance, or edible art installation.

I work with subjects, tools, plants, ingredients, brands and people that I identify with. I am constantly learning and uncovering the layers of their essence and meaning. It’s a journey of new understanding and perceptions within my reality.
I observe, experiment, dream, muse and question.
