A collaboration with photographer Hein van Tonder.

Using fruit and vegetable purées and sorbet, we played with the concept of creating art with food. Food being the tools to create the ‘painting’ or design.
Interestingly, we both brought the same sort of  shades  (without much prior discussion of colour) to the shoot and ended up with the above.
We used watermelon sorbet, white peach, plum and beetroot purée as the paint.
There’s also a gratuitous cherry at the end that we couldn’t resist.
