Africa Gothic

A creative food shoot feature with drinks and recipes with elements that reflected my mood perfectly at the time.
Africa Gothic – bondage, metal, Africa, gothic, burn, wood.
Steel textures, bowls and knives by Conrad Hicks. Dragon glass, wing, burnt door from The Bijou, white and black stone both found and given to me. Black and white salt to balance nature and yin and yang.

Helichrysum gin and tonic. Small batch gin made at The Bijou with the flowers of the helichrysum plant (the a Fynbos medicinal herb) that smell like honey. Seen dried in this image.
